Where are you located?
Jo Michelle Pro is an on-site makeup service based in Central Florida. We come to you at your home, hotel, venue, or preferred getting-ready location.
What areas do you service?
We service Central Florida, including Apopka, Orlando, Winter Park, Winter Garden, Windermere, Ocoee, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Lake Mary, Sanford, Clermont, Celebration, Kissimmee, and surrounding areas.
How much is an on-site makeup appointment?
On-site makeup services start at $275 for Central Florida locations. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
What is included in a makeup application?
Every appointment begins with a consultation and luxury skin preparation, followed by a complete customized makeup application including brows, complexion, highlight and contour, blush, eye makeup, false lashes if desired, and a custom lip color. A complimentary lip sample is provided for touch-ups.
Do you offer a lower rate for natural or basic makeup?
Our pricing is based on reserving your artist and providing the complete luxury on-site experience rather than the amount of makeup applied. Whether you choose barely-there beauty or soft glam, the service rate remains the same.
Can I provide inspiration photos?
Absolutely. Inspiration photos are welcome. For the most realistic expectations, we recommend selecting unedited looks from the @JoMichelleStudios portfolio.
Health & SafetyI have sensitive skin; can you use my own products?
Yes. You are welcome to provide personal products when needed. We also carry professional products suitable for a variety of skin types. Tools are thoroughly sanitized between clients, and disposable applicators are used where appropriate.
Bridal & Group Services
What if my venue has limited access time?
If your venue has a restricted access window, we recommend getting ready at a nearby hotel or Airbnb. Ideally, makeup should be completed before or around the time your photographer arrives.
Can bridal party members pay separately?
No. To keep the booking and wedding-day experience seamless, one consolidated invoice is provided to the primary point of contact.
Are bridal previews available?
Yes. Bridal previews are available by appointment and are also provided on location.
Booking & PoliciesHow is my booking confirmed?
Your appointment is officially reserved once the required payment or deposit has been received. A confirmation will be sent through Square Appointments.
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If your requested date becomes unavailable before your payment is processed, your payment will be refunded.
What if I am running late?
Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. Late starts may result in a shortened service to ensure the remainder of the day's schedule stays on time.
Shipping & OrdersWhat are your shipping rates?
Standard U.S.: $5 — 1–3 business days processing + 1–4 business days shipping
International: $14–$45 — 1–3 business days processing + 5–20 business days shipping
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses?
A physical address is required for standard orders. For APO addresses, please email [email protected] for a custom invoice.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Exchanges or refunds are available only for defective, expired, or incorrect items. Please contact [email protected] if there is an issue with your order.
