Is my payment refundable if I am not able to make it to my appointment time?
Deposits/final payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How do I know when my appointment is booked?
Booking confirmation email with your name, date and time will be sent within 24 hours of receipt.
What if my date is no longer available when I pay my deposit?
If your date/time is no longer available when you pay your deposit, your deposit will be refunded.
How much is an on-location (Orlando, FL) appointment?
$185* (Mon-Fri) *Addtl $55+for weekend on-location appointments.
How much is an in-studio appointment?
$100 (Lashes Included) *Addtl $2.00 PayPalprocessing fee for all credit/debit card purchases applies.
What does the makeup application include?
Full face makeup application includes brow sculpting, eye shadow shading, highlighting and contouring, blush, false lash application, eye liner, lips, prepping/setting skin.
How long will my makeup last?
Makeup will last the entire day until removed with makeup remover. Client will receive a lip touch up if necessary.
What if I'm running late for my appointment?
It is of the utmost importance that all clients take their appointment time very seriously and are not late to their appointments. 10 minute grace period is allotted, after 10 minutes appointment is cancelled. Reschedule fee of $50 applies.
Are lashes included?
Top strip lashes are included in your full face makeup application. Bottom lashes are not available/included. Artist will supply lashes.
What if I need to add/remove more names to the bridal makeup schedule?
Please notify the artist if any additional makeovers are needed no later than 21 days before your event date. If (2) artists are needed for initial booking, total number of makeup applications cannot be reduced below (8). Pro Tip: Remember the mothers of bride & groom when booking applications!
I do not wear makeup very often. Does the price vary for very basic makeup?
Full face makeup application is a flat rate of $100 ($135 for bride/ $85 for bridal party). The client may choose to skip any of the full face makeup application steps, however this does not reduce the price.
I'd like to change locations half way through the makeup schedule, is this possible?
On-location pricing includes (1) Location/ (1) Set-up and breakdown. Moving initial makeup set up requires an additional travel fee ($100). Artist MUST be notified at least 21 days in advance if a location change is needed half way through the schedule, as this will effect the timeline. Pro Tip: Most venues do not allow brides access to ceremony site until 1-2 hours before ceremony start time. Book a hotel room/Air BnB near your ceremony location to avoid rushing.
Will artist be on-site at the wedding for my touch ups?
Makeup artist(s) will be on location for application time only. Touch-ups for entire bridal party are provided directly after final makeup application. Makeup will last the entire day until removed with makeup remover. Pro Tip: Have tissue on hand for tears/light oil blotting if necessary.
Does my quote include my bridal preview?
Bridal previews are $100 in-studio and are not included in your day of makeup quote. Previews are conducted upon request but are not required to book your bridal makeup. Pro Tip: Schedule bridal preview on the same day as engagement shoot, bridal shower or rehearsal dinner. Sunday in-studio makeup applications (including bridal trials) are $130.
Can each individual in my bridal party make their payment to artist separately?
Deposits and final payment invoices are sent to (1) client per booking. Bridal party makeup is $85/person. On-location cost is $75 +. Pro Tip: Collect individual payments from their bridal party after securing the date with a deposit. If bride is sharing on-location cost, divide total cost of makeup by total number of makeup applications.
