Where is your studio located?

What is included in a makeup application?
Every appointment begins with a professional consultation and luxury skin preparation. Services include brow shaping and sculpting, full-face application (foundation, highlight, contour, etc.), and false lashes. A complimentary lip sample for touch-ups is included.
Do you offer a lower rate for "natural" or basic makeup?
All in-studio applications are a flat rate of $170. While you may opt to skip certain steps, the service price remains the same.
Can I provide inspiration photos?
Yes. Please email photos to [email protected]. We recommend selecting unedited photos from the @JoMichelleStudios portfolio for the most realistic expectations.
Health & Safety
I have sensitive skin; can you use my own products?
Yes. However, we use professional, hypoallergenic products suitable for sensitive skin. All tools are sanitized between clients, and we utilize disposable applicators for hygiene.
Bridal & On-Location Services
Do you travel for appointments?
Yes. On-location services require a travel fee of $200+ (depending on distance), plus $170 per application.
How do I manage my bridal party schedule?
Final names must be submitted 30 days prior to the event. We cannot accommodate walk-up requests on the day of the event.
What if my venue has limited access time?
If your venue limits access to two hours before the ceremony, we recommend booking a nearby hotel or Airbnb. Ideally, makeup should be completed by the time your photographer arrives.
Can bridal party members pay separately?
No. To streamline the booking process, we send one consolidated invoice to the primary point of contact.
Are Bridal Previews included?
Previews are $170 and are booked separately. We recommend scheduling your preview on the day of a photoshoot or bridal shower.
Booking & Policies
How is my booking confirmed?
Your appointment is secured once payment is received. You will receive a confirmation via Square Appointments within 24 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If your requested date becomes unavailable before your deposit is processed, you will be refunded within 12 hours.
What if I am running late?
Each appointment is allotted one hour. Late arrivals will result in reduced service time to ensure we remain on schedule for subsequent clients. Please account for Winter Park traffic when planning your commute.
Shipping & Orders
What are your shipping rates?
Standard (US): $5 (1-3 business days processing time, 1-4 business day shipping time)
International: $14–$45 (1-3 business days processing time, 5–20 business days shipping time)
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses?
We require a physical address for standard orders (no PO Boxes).
For APO addresses, please email your order to [email protected] for a custom invoice.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We only offer exchanges or refunds if an item is defective, expired, or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact [email protected].
